Joe Moffa is a native New Yorker with an edgy brand of humor stemming from real life experiences in the blue-collar world. Being able to relate to real people like he’s one of them is what makes this guy such a crowd pleaser. His true-to-life persona has landed Joe roles in the films ‘Carlito’s Way,’ starring Al Pacino and Sean Penn, and ‘Stardom,’ starring Dan Aykroyd and Frank Langella. He had a featured role in the television series ‘100 Center Street,’ directed by the acclaimed Sidney Lumet, and also completed a project for the Fox network, playing the chief of police opposite former New York City mayor, Ed Koch. Most recently, Joe was seen on NBC's "Law & Order: SVU."
